With parent and family support we are able to celebrate all teachers and administrative team members-throughout the year!
So let us make your year easier and rather than scramble to pick up a teacher gift before or after school, donate to the PTA and we will take care of it all year!
With your donation the PTA will recognize teacher birthdays, holiday gifts and end of year/Teacher Appreciation events and gifts!

Birthdays! Our PTA will honor all teacher birthdays throughout the year!
We hope that this form will help you contribute to the PTA at the time and quantity that works best for you and your family. To avoid high transaction fees, we recommend that you consider writing a check for donations over $100.
To do so:
- Please select the "pay offline later" option at check-out (next page) in order to indicate the donation will be paid by check.
- All checks should be made out to the JJC. Please place PTA in the memo.
- Checks can be dropped off at the Martin J. Gottlieb Dayschool front office or the JJC front office.
